Construction Administrator
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive, route, and track all construction documents amongst the supported entities
- Receive, copy, scan, and record in Expedition each movement of each submittal for tracking the progress
- Receive and enter into Expedition
- Receive, enter-in and process all field directives
- Post substantial completion dates
- Receive, record, and track O&M Manuals in Expedition; distribute on approval
- Receive, record, and track Air Balance Reports in Expedition; distribute on approval
- Receive, record, and track as-built drawings; distribute on approval
- Receive, record, and track warranties and O&M Manuals
- Process all project close out documents
- Run tracking reports bi-weekly and special queries as requested
- Receive and track monthly Pay Requests through the approval process; distribute at conclusion
- Maintain central files for submittals for all active projects
- Set up file folders for all projects for CC and QA use
- Gather all CC, QA, and submittal files for all projects completed within the last two years and maintain files locally
- Box, inventory, and label files for all projects completed within past two years for archiving
- Proficiency in MS Office Software - Word, Excel, Outlook, Eudora and Expedition
Education and Experience
- Preferred – Bachelors degree
- Required – A minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry
