Conceptual Estimating
CRAWFORD's ability to provide accurate cost estimates starts with our approach to conceptual estimating. Gathering all available information and having close communication with the design team allows CRAWFORD to create, in some cases, very detailed concept estimates. We believe it is our job to fill in the holes in terms of scope and cost in order to be sure that the budget established at the concept phase is valid throughout the design all the way until bids are received. Our experienced estimating team is sure to ask the right questions at the concept phase to ensure a solid budget to work from at the start of the project.
