CRAWFORD’s Constructability Review Service is performed by highly skilled professionals for all disciplines of the project. If the design lacks information or does not conform to current code requirements then RFI’s, Change Orders, and Construction Delay can take over the project, which in turn will cost the owner additional time and money. CRAWFORD’s solid review of project documents and specifications at each phase of the project will help minimize unnecessary RFI’s, and Change Orders as well as assist contractors in the bidding process because there will be fewer unknowns in the final construction documents.
