CRAWFORD has grown along with the surge of LEED® and sustainability in design. With LEED® AP on staff, CRAWFORD has a true understanding of the LEED® Rating system. This is crucial to tracking project costs and providing construction management to projects seeking LEED® certification. Sustainable design leads to many options, and CRAWFORD has a firm grasp on the unique technologies and associated costs. This knowledge helps to keep project budgets accurate and can help the designer understand the magnitude of cost that a design change might have on the overall project. USACE's "Net Zero" goals will push designs to incorporate more and more of these sustainable, yet expensive, technologies.
