Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive, route, and track all construction documents amongst the supported entities
  • Receive, copy, scan, and record in Expedition each movement of each submittal for tracking the progress
  • Receive and enter into Expedition
  • Receive, enter-in and process all field directives
  • Post substantial completion dates
  • Receive, record, and track O&M Manuals in Expedition; distribute on approval
  • Receive, record, and track Air Balance Reports in Expedition; distribute on approval
  • Receive, record, and track as-built drawings; distribute on approval
  • Receive, record, and track warranties and O&M Manuals
  • Process all project close out documents

Construction Cost Estimator

Responsibilities Include:

  • Candidate must be computer literate and trained in all Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Construction Specification Institute (CSI) division
  • Cost estimating project take-off, product research and pricing quantity take-off, and research pricing
  • Estimation and pricing of construction project and data input

Facility Planner

Responsibilities Include:

  • Obtain and maintain current information for the facilities inventory; enter new and revised information into customized computerized tools; assign or classify spaces according to practices and procedures
  • Coordinate and manage office moves, including project management, space planning, development of timelines, and supervision of contractors/vendors
  • Develop detailed plans, policies and programs
  • Supervise and coordinate efforts of planners
  • Update the system and maintain the database to ensure the accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide information and reports on current room utilization and square footage

Quality Assurance Inspector/Construction Coordinator Level III, IV, V

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with Project Management, Facilities Operations Managers, O&M personnel, Customer Service Office, Engineering Branch and other Facilities Management Division contractors on various issues including, but not limited to, work in occupied areas, work permits, utility outages, Utilities Control System coordination, road and/or sidewalk closures, etc.
  • Serve as point of contact for field resolution of construction problems
  • Schedule, organize and conduct progress meetings; write and distribute meeting minutes
  • Monitor construction schedules and provide status reports as requested
  • Receive submittals and Requests for Information from the Construction Administrator
  • Make consolidated recommendations to the Project Manager
  • Schedule and participate in Operational Readiness Reviews and punchlist inspections
  • Monitor the resolution of punchlist
  • Conduct constructability reviews of design plans and specifications
  • Review contractor payment requests and make recommendations to the Project Manager
