Facility programs are those activities that we will plan, budget, resource and manage directly. Our Facilities Planning Services include the review of Capital Costs, Annually Funded Costs (discretionary and non-discretionary), Lease Costs, Space Needs Projections, Lease Holding Income, Overhead Costs, Mid- to Long-Range Planning, Environmental Considerations, Assumptions, and Constraints. This review is followed by a presentation of scenarios and the impact of each, along with conclusions and recommendations pertaining to a course of action for the facility.

Facilities Maintenance Planning is an aspect of the planning and design process that is implemented on all projects. Operations and maintenance, utility costs and effective productivity are reviewed with the client.
